Hello. I’m Jessica

I am a fully licensed and extensively trained individual and couples therapist, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, relationship dynamics, and couples therapy. My approach focuses on guiding couples and individuals through the difficulties of life by exploring unhelpful patterns and unconscious barriers as a path to personal development and empowerment. My style is warm, attentive, collaborative, respectful, challenging, and creative with the purpose of helping clients find deeper fulfillment, connection, and growth.

I have experience working with couples and individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with relationship difficulties, co-dependency, low self-esteem, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and chronic stress. I am LGBTQ-affirming and sex-positive.

My approach is integrative and holistic as I tailor my evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique needs. My training includes aspects of Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and over 8 years of experience in clinical therapeutic settings.

My past career as a fashion designer in NYC, Austin, and Los Angeles gives me a deep understanding of the creative life path, especially when you are depending on it for survival. My clinical training along with my own personal journey as a creative makes me uniquely positioned to work with all those seeking a balance within their creative life and beyond.
